Policies

Turnaround Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received.  However, because we hand make each order, smaller orders may ship sooner than a larger order placed before it.  Under normal circumstances, orders generally ship approximately 10-14 Business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Orders are processed and payments verified on the following business day it was placed.

Refunds: All Sales are Final, returns are not accepted.  No cash refunds.  Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product.  Such items will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued.  We cannot replace items or issue a store credit for any product due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.

Privacy:  Enchanted Potions will always respect your privacy.  Your email address and any personal information will only be used for processing your order and will never be sold or shared with an outside company

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Fedex for larger orders.  Our shopping cart is set up to provide S&H charges at the time an order is placed based on the total weight of the products ordered.  Occasionally, the shopping cart may over quote on these charges and these errors will be caught after the order ships and we finalize the invoice.  We will issue a store credit anytime a customer is overchared by $2 or more. 
  
If you are in the Chattanooga area and have selected "Will Pick UP Order" please wait for an email from us that indicates your order is ready for pickup.  Included in that email will be our pickup location, directions and acceptable pick-up times.  Thank you.
