We've left one end of our hand-stitched pillow cases open so that you can heat or freeze the pillow and then place it in the case for hand (and kid) friendly handling...no direct contact with the hot or cold bag. Select from our three herbal fillers - Chamomile, Lavender or Peppermint or create your own blend. Each bag is made to order.
